Still Chasing: The Game Never Ends

For a long time, I chased PBs on the track.

Split times, medal positions, national standards - whatever the next marker was, that

became the goal. It shaped how I trained, how I thought, how I lived. And I loved it.

Now, at 41, I’m still chasing - but the lanes look a bit different.

These days, I’m chasing better systems in my business.

I’m chasing financial momentum after a few hard years.

I’m chasing deeper connection in my marriage, more patience with my kids, and that elusive

mix of physical and mental sharpness that lets me show up fully.

And if I’ve learned anything from sport, it’s this:

What works on the track works everywhere else.

The same rules apply:

Consistency beats intensity.

You don’t need the perfect session—you need to keep turning up.

Systems beat motivation.

If your goals are real, your structure better be too.

Feedback loops matter.

Whether it’s a stopwatch or a client check-in, you need honest data.

In coaching, I see it all the time.

Teams chasing performance without systems. Leaders craving momentum without

structure. High potential, with zero rhythm.

That’s where I come in.

These days, I work with leaders and teams the same way I’ve always worked with athletes:

  • Clear goals

  • Honest reflection

  • Smart systems

  • Repeatable habits

  • Performance that’s measurable, not mythical

Whether we’re building confidence, navigating change, or sharpening culture - I bring a

performance mindset grounded in real-world leadership and lived experience.

Because the race doesn’t finish.

It just changes lanes.

If you're chasing something in FY26 - growth, clarity, edge - I’d love to help you run smarter.
