Track and field is physical, but also mental. I moved to Melbourne to change events (from 400m to 800m) and for coaching post-the Tokyo Olympics. I was luckily introduced to Simon during this time.​
As well as being my training partner, Simon works closely with me on and off the track. This has been a game changer as I start my 2 lap journey leading into the Paris Olympic Games.
